Each year, United Way Toronto (UWT) facilities the Bhayana Family Foundation Awards (the Awards) for its funded agencies. In addition to the annual collection of feedback on the awards ceremony and nominations process, in 2013/2014, UWT staff explored the impact of the awards through the eyes of awards receipients and their nominating organizations. The purpose of this report is to summarize the findings of this work, and to inform the planning of the Awards going forward.
