Kelly Rumney speaks about her greatest motivation working in a non-profit organization

Kelly is a long-time staff member of the CPCC and was a Bhayana Family Foundation Award recipient (Leadership Category) in 2016. Kelly is a Program Facilitator at Caledon Parent-Child Centre. Kelly explains her deep desire behind doing the noble and inspiring work that she does:

My greatest motivation working in a non-profit organization continues to be the opportunity to know that I am helping to make a difference in a child’s development and enriching the lives of families.

Strengthening families and assisting them in their role of raising children throughout their most influential years of life has been something I have always taken great pride in doing.

Working for the Caledon parent child centre provides me to help offer free early years programs and supports for children, parents and caregivers in Caledon and the surrounding areas.

A place to come feel welcome and have a great sense of belonging.
