Ontario's 3rd Annual Nonprofit Appreciation Week
Join us for Ontario’s 3rd Annual Week of Appreciation taking place February 12–16, 2024 to recognize our nearly 850,000 workers in the Nonprofit industry.
Championed by MPP Daisy Wai and the Bhayana Family Foundation, this special week was created by the Government of Ontario (Bill 9, Nonprofit Sector Appreciation Week, 2021) to recognize the importance of the Nonprofit Sector in Ontario!
Please show your support as we celebrate the vital role nonprofits and workers play in creating and maintaining healthy, vibrant and inclusive communities in Ontario.
Once again TD Bank spotlights the Nonprofit Week in each of its branches in Ontario.

As a parent I know first hand how they labour each day to provide professional care, compassion, understanding and encouragement to all those entrusted to their care. Most of their efforts are unseen yet incredibly valuable to ensure the services and supports that they provide enrich the lives of each one.
They seek countless opportunities to allow their charges to grow and flourish in a safe and supportive community. Many go beyond what is required to add value and dignity to the lives of those living with a developmental or intellectual disability which is the right of all Ontarians.
It is truly fitting that Valentine's Day falls within this week of Appreciation as these outstanding organizations and devoted front-line staff are the HEART of this sector.
Raksha, thank you for highlighting and acknowledging the tireless efforts of all those who contribute to the Nonprofit Sector. We can never calculate the value their hours of service have added to the lives of their clients and families that are the grateful recipients of their outstanding service and care.
We can only say 'thank you' a small word with a 'huge' impact!
