Spotlight Stories: ACWGC will enhance visibility by sharing the stories of its recognised employees & volunteers in internal & external newsletters, social media handles, & websites, inspiring targeted audiences & donor agencies.
Feedback Mechanisms: ACWGC will assess EVR’s effectiveness through regular feedback & after-action reviews. Inputs from team meetings, one-onone discussions, surveys, & other interactions will be collected. The Executive Leadership will dedicate time to evaluate the program’s impact & implement necessary improvements.
