Caralyn Cipin
2017
M-B Award -
Greater Toronto
Nominator Comments:
Caralyn Cipin, nominated by Ruth Crammond and Alex Dow
Caralyn Cipin is recognized for being instrumental in the launch of the new investment framework. Caralyn’s calm demeanor, critical thinking lens, and objectivity contributed greatly to the implementation of the CSS Program Funding Stream. Her flexible approach meant she was able to respond to shifting timelines, and her years of experience with funded agencies meant anticipating challenges, providing clear direction, and being able to anticipate the implications of a new system. In the midst of all the change, Caralyn always helps us think about how an approach is going to impact our community partners.
