Filomena Costa is the driving force behind many of the successful partnerships of the College-Montrose Children’s Place organization. She is the lead staff at the Gooch and Lambton Park Community School Program where she runs the drop-in and parenting/caregiver programs for families and children six and under. She greets everyone personally as they enter the centre and has created a dynamic and comfortable atmosphere for all. She is sensitive and committed to the problems, efforts and needs of the partner agencies. Her efforts have created outstanding partnership support that positively impacts all the programs she works with.
