As a Personal Support Worker, she has built deep, trusting relationships with individuals, always prioritizing their dignity, independence, and well-being. Kitty’s commitment extends beyond her role as a caregiver—she also served as a Team Leader for five years, guiding her colleagues with patience, wisdom, and a strong sense of teamwork. In addition, she embraced an activation role, organizing and taking clients on outings that enriched their lives, helped them stay connected to the community, and provided valuable opportunities for social engagement. Whether it’s guiding colleagues through a new system, offering a helping hand in challenging situations, or preparing a homecooked meal for 100 residents on every holiday, Kitty goes above and beyond the call of duty.
