Louise started in the Craft Unit, transitioned into the Maintenance Unit and has now been our Community Living and Housing Support Manager for the past 15 years. She has gone above and beyond in her unwavering commitment to providing a supportive, caring, and respectful environment for growth and recovery for individuals challenged by mental illness. Her extraordinary efforts toward creating annual, weekly, and daily social and support programs for communities in the Tri-cities area, and her unwavering commitment to providing exceptional support services to individuals facing the challenges of mental illness for the past 30 years, make her extremely deserving of the Bhayana Family Foundation Dedication Award.
