Operations Team
2017
M-B Award -
Greater Toronto
Rebeckah Blewett, Penny Hiddema, Vivian Medeiros, Jordan Gotfried, Cameron McDonald
Nominator Comments:
This team contributed greatly to moving the relationship forward for the 2016 RBC National Employee Giving Campaign. The campaign provided a number of challenges including requests for customized reporting, donor packages and the @work online giving tool. Often times, requests were being presented with short turnaround but this team rose to the challenge. Not only did they ask clear and insightful questions, they provided successful solutions and out-of-the-box thinking, pushing the organization to try new things and resulting in the most successful campaign in RBC history.
