@Work Team
Nominator Comments:
The @Work team is responsible for supporting workplaces that use our online donation tool. In 2005, the @Work team launched the first national campaign in French in addition to their work with 36 accounts. They helped United Way staff and worked closely with volunteers. The team had a very heavy workload and yet continued to provide excellent customer service ensuring a positive experience for everyone. In the words of their colleagues, “They led by example, always projected a desire to help our team succeed at all costs and rallied around various challenges…We have always come to expect great collaboration and support however, in a year that placed such incredible demand, the @Work team showed they could exceed our highest expectations.”
