UW – Community Service Sector Implementation Leads
2017
M-B Award -
Greater Toronto
Nominator Comments:
Together, Ruth and Rhonda designed an entirely new funding process based on evidence, best practices, and intensive consultations. They consistently demonstrated integrity and accountability to all stakeholders by carefully assessing risk to UW and the broader community. Learning from challenging experiences, they modeled critical self-reflection and acknowledged difficulties as growth opportunities. As leaders, they supported, motivated and reinforced a shared vision for the team during a time of great change. Ruth and Rhonda have led one of the most significant funding model change processes for UW and remained optimistic and determined throughout journey.
